Who Is Moonlight Counselling?
Grace is the founder of Moonlight Counselling and The Emotional Body Blueprint. Founded by Grace in 2016, Moonlight Counselling has helped individuals to begin feeling and start releasing unpleasant emotions.
Moonlight Counselling offers wholistic transformative social work services. With Moonlight Counseling and the philosophy of the Emotional Body Blueprint, individuals learn to understand and move their pain, discomfort, and overwhelm out of the body. Using the tools of mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork individuals will begin to release emotions from past experiences. This process teaches individuals how to create a mind-body-soul connection to heal unresolved emotional patterns anchored in traumatic experiences.
If you’re wanting to blend evidence-based counselling with a wholistic model that gets to core issues, wholistic depth therapy may be for you. Moonlight Counselling creates sacred therapeutic spaces for in-depth and transformative healing.
You’ll be practicing new ways of overcoming barriers and bringing depth dialogue, mind-body-spirit counselling, and “whole person” integration into the counselling room.
